Actinolite
It's is an inosilicate mineral, it's commonly found in metamorphic rocks.
In fact it's commonly used in Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as a tonifying agent which strengthens the yang energy and warms up the kidneys that are considered the main source of energy in the human body. This mineral has the following indications in TCM: impotency, uterine coldness and lassitude in loins and joints.

Catuaba
The name catuaba is used for the infusions of the bark of a number of trees native to Brazil .It's been traditionally used as an aphrodisiac and central nervous system stimulant.
Some researchers in Japan found catuaba bark extract to have potential antibacterial and anti-HIV activity.

Cistanche
Known as desert cistanche. This plant has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. Korean Ginseng

Dosage and Usage:
Energa could be taken according to need or for a chronic treatment.
1 capsule to be taken 1 to 3 hours prior to the sexual intercourse without regard to food or alcohol. It's recommended to drink a full glass of water half an hour after the capsule intake.
As for the chronic treatment, the intake of 1 capsule should be repeated each 3 days since the effect of Energa persists for 72 hours. In case of premature ejaculation the duration of treatment will be 6 weeks.
